Julia Rose Beadle, age 87, of Centralia, Illinois, peacefully passed away at 6:36 P.M. on Sunday, September 10, 2017, at Carlyle HealthCare Center in Carlyle, Illinois with her family by her side. She was born on February 19, 1930 in rural Kell, Illinois, the daughter of the late Oley and Hattie (Donoho) Hilton.
Mrs. Beadle is survived by her daughter, Donna Castang and husband Wesley of Centralia, Illinois; granddaughter, Zoe Castang of Centralia, Illinois; sister, Dixie Perez of Centralia, Illinois and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Mrs. Beadle was preceded in death by her parents, son, Jeffrey Beadle; brother, Ray Hilton; sisters, Faye Smith and Pearl Sharp; brothers-in-law, Frank Perez, Jim Sharp and Adra Smith and sister-in-law, Ruby Hilton.
Mrs. Beadle was of the Pentecostal Faith. She enjoyed crocheting and embroidery. She loved tending to her flowers. She cherished the time she spent with her family and friends.
Mrs. Beadle was a waitress at the Green Grill Restaurant in Centralia, Illinois from 1963 until her retirement in 1991. She lived most of her life in Centralia, Illinois.
Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Julia Beadle will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, September 15, 2017 at the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home in Centralia, Illinois with Pastor Jonathan Urshan officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park near Centralia, Illinois. Friends are invited to visit with Mrs. Beadle’s family from 5:00 P.M to 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 14, 2017, at the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home and from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, September 15, 2017 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Beadle’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association c/o Carlyle Healthcare Center and will be received by the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home in Centralia, Illinois.
