To Roberta's Family
I only knew Roberta for a short time, starting from when she was sharing a room with my grandma Mary Lou Hester at White Oak. But I liked her from the start!!!! She was a great roommate to my grandma and kept her spirits up when she was down. She was also exceedingly nice to my daughter Savannah. Last year on Halloween we went to trick or treat at Roberta's and she gave my daughter a huge goodie bag full of candy and toys. I really appreciated that. She was just such a nice person. I can't imagine the pain you must be going through right now losing her way too soon. My thoughts and prayers are with your family and friends. May God help heal your grieving hearts and comfort you through this tough time!!

So sorry to hear of Roberta's passing-we attended Irving Grade school together and I remember many fun times at her house on Melrose Street. May God comfort the entire family during this loss-way too early in life!

Rachel, I think the last time I saw your mom was when you were about 3 and Rebecca, I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you. I pray you two as well as whole family and are surrounded by God's merciful comfort and love. I know as a mom she would not have wanted to leave you so soon. Take excellent care of yourselves as you are so very precious to your mom and to God.
